There's a form for that.

Not too long ago, one of our Elected State Officers came bounding up to "Dad" Labagh with a booklet in his hand. Jubilant, he started showing it to him. He said it came from California and that it was a really great Installation Planning Guide. He asked "Dad" Labagh why we didn't have such a thing. Our Executive Officer laughed and pointed out a copyright page where it showed that the booklet originated here in Pennsylvania.

The PA DeMolay website has so many resources on it that it is easy to forget what is already available at your finger tips. That's why I wanted to draw your attention to two important pages on our site that don't seem to get visited as often as they should.

First, we have the Chapter Supplies page located at http://www.pademolay.org/resources/supplies/forms.html. This page has links to several forms and guides that are of great use to your Chapter. They include several simple worksheets, sample orders of business, attendance registers, brochures, and more. This page is your "one stop shop" for paper forms for your Chapter.

The other page is the Policy and Guidelines section located http://www.pademolay.org/resources/policies/policies.html. This page is chock full of documents that every Advisor and DeMolay should read. It has all of the Executive Officer's official policies, as well as 10 guides to help with planning and Chapter operations. If you have a question on the rules of PA DeMolay or you are looking for some guidance, this is your place!

I've had a lot of people say to me in recent weeks "I didn't even know this was available!" To paraphrase my favorite TV show as a kid - "Well now you know, and knowing is half the battle."
